Solo/Duet Choreography

This option is great for masters swimmers without a coach, but also for coaches and athletes in need of a different perspective. Solos and duets are the most common routines requested. In general, choreography is our most precious project of the season. We build and nurture routines, we take pride in performing them, and we continue to work on the details all season long.

I will evaluate your videos from past competitions, evaluate your new goals and create a choreography that can push you to grow in the process – either through technique or unique moves – to make sure you get the scores you are fighting for.

The process of developing choreography does not take that long in itself – but this is not a service where I just deliver a choreography and we part ways. I want to be there for you and make sure you are comfortable with it and perform it the best you can, so we will communicate back and forth through Zoom, WhatsApp or via videos for 1-3 months.

To build the choreography I will take into consideration:
Your past swims (in order to assess your skill set and create new goals)
Your music choice (if you have no ideas, no problem, we can find something together)
Your comfort with expression and how to build on it
The requirements of the competition you are training for

I have helped a lot of swimmers push out of their comfort zones to create new choreography designed specifically for them.
